Orders in Progress

Since most items are custom/personalized, custom orders are final sale and cannot be changed or canceled once it begins production. Please feel free to contact kim@commonoak.com to confirm the status of your order!

Returns

Since most items in shop are personalized, all custom items are final sale. However, I want you to love your order! If there are any discrepancies, please email kim@commonoak.com immediately within 7 days of delivery and I would be more than happy to work with you.

Don't worry! While we would never want anything to arrive to you broken, it happens! Shipments are not always handled with care, no matter how many fragile stickers we stick on those boxes! Please contact kim@commonoak.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of your damaged sign and packaging so that we can submit a claim right away and start on a replacement.

Accidental damage caused by client will not be eligible for a claim.

Shipping

Our processing times may differ according to product. Please read product descriptions for more accurate processing times.

You can expect the following production times for most of our products:

Custom/Made to Order items: 6-9 business days before shipment

Ready-to-ship items: 1-3 business days before shipping

For sure! Rush shipping is offered on select items. Please refer to product descriptions for availability on expedited production times! During checkout, please feel free to opt for faster shipping in addition to rushed production for custom orders.

Larger custom orders may not be available for rush shipping. Please message me first about expediting a product you are interested in! If you have any further questions or if you're unsure about your order arriving in time for your event, please feel free to email kim@commonoak.com!

All signs are handmade and shipped from Long Island, New York! 

At this time, we do not offer any pick-ups. Thank you for understanding!

Most products ship domestic with USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Commonoak LLC is not responsible for incorrectly provided addresses, damage during shipment, weather related delays or transit carrier-related delays. 

However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us with pictures of packaging and your damaged sign immediately within 7 days of delivery so that we can submit a damage claim and start working on a replacement option!
